I've Been Tagged

I've been tagged
Annie tagged me on her blog, so I am playing along.
10 Years Ago: I literally just went on maternity leave from Blockbuster (I never went back to work). I was pregnant with Ariel and it was about that time that I started freaking out that I was going to be responsible for another person besides myself. Ariel was born on April 4.
On My To-Do List: Today: I pretty much accomplished everything on my list, because the day is about over. I do need to finish folding the laundry. (For those of you who read my earlier blog…no that was not going to be my activity)
Before I die:
· I would love to go to Australia, the Greek Isle and on a safari to Africa.
· Server a humanitarian mission for my church
5 places that I've lived:
· North Conway, NH
· Bradenton, FL
· Crestview, FL
· Pensacola, FL
· Mobile, AL
5 jobs I have had:
· Salad Bar at Shoney’s (short lived, quit after 3 weeks)
· I worked my way up to management at Burger King in Crestview, FL that was recently torn down. BOO HOO
· Ramada Inn (I worked in the restaurant & front desk)
· Blockbuster Video
· My most favorite job: Being a MOM
What I would do if I became a billionaire:
  • Pay off my house loan and put money aside for my kids for college.
  • I would invest a huge chunk of it for retirement and for serving missions.
  • I would also give to the Perpetual Education Fund and the Missionary Fund.
  • Help my family members become financially secure.
  • I would hire a designer/decorator to get my house in order and buy all new furniture.
  • And after watching the BIG GIVE I would love to do little things occasionally like buying up all the flowers/newspapers etc from someone selling them on the side of the road and give them away for free.
  • I would find a way to pay for art and music to be in our local public schools.
  • I would also become a DVC member at Walt Disney World (we love that place)
  • Buy a Honda Odyssey for me and probably a 1967 convertible mustang to replace the one Mike sold so we could take the girls to Disney their first time.
  • Travel
    Bad habits:
  • This really is bad, but sometimes I laugh when people get hurt (not seriously hurt though, ie: one time Mike stepped on sand burrs at the beach and I could not stop laughing things like that, a ball hitting someone I know, I know, I'm sadistic),
  • I talk to much.
  • I know I have more, but I try not to focus on them. LOL Maybe you should ask Mike if you want to know more. I’m sure he’ll be happy to fill you in.
    Things I enjoy:
  • Traveling (even though I don’t get to do it much)
  • Reading to my girls
  • I’m enjoying learning how to blog
  • and of course eating really good food.
Things people don't know about me:
  • I wish I were a really good cook (like Top Chef.) If I could be on any reality show, I would chose the Amazing Race—Me too, Annie. I did send a tape in for Survivor when it first came out, of course I did not get picked—&I don’t watch anymore.
  • I'm a Yankee, I was born in Bridgton, ME
  • I’m a twin and I married a twin.
  • I have a BA degree in Advertising/Marketing with a minor in History

Now it is your turn. I am tagging Merry, Liberty, Carly, Lynne & Brooke( if ya'll read my blog)--but no pressure.

You crack me up!!! I was laughing out loud while I was reading your entries, you sadistic girl, you! I love the laundry game. I could totally picture their faces! Haahaahaa! You're great! I love Mike's idea of the prize...wouldn't it be great if Kit was the winner! My guess is that my hubby would be a poor sport and refuse to play along. Ohh! Thank you for a morning pick-up. I was just on the computer to boost myself up so I could start the day-o-chores...uggh! Laundry, toilets, mopping, dusting-here I come!

You gave me a great idea. I wonder if Bryan would be able to answer all these things about me. I think I am going to try it. I am sure he could come up with more than a few bad habits.
