Mike nor I felt very worried about this one. We got a little restful day yesterday (although Mike was at work). Truly, the rain came down harder on the first day of school, and as I mentioned above, we have seen A LOT worse. Again, thankfully this was not the case this time. It gave me time to read the Stephanie Meyer book Twilight, bake some cookies and home made bread with the girls, played a few games. However no Labor Day BBQ that the south is famous for!
The only mischief Gustav did manage to cause for our family is the day after boredom! Due to some flooding down town and some of the schools being open as a shelter there was
NO SCHOOL TODAY!!! AHHHHHHH!
How are we coping? Take a look at Susan's blog, she has the best tried and true remedy! Trust me, anyone who has been through hurricanes knows how right she is. LOL.

On, now i so wish I hadn't eaten all that junk! Man, I hope we don't have any more storms! I'm sure to be 200 lbs by the end of the season!
